But on that token, where in the constitution does it say you have the RIGHT to public education? Here’s a hint, there isn’t a right giving that to us, yet it is something that we all have and enjoy. It is for the greater good that we all have public education, as would it be for the greater good that we all have healthcare.

The medical insurance companies are willing to pay for these drugs and procedures for the copays (which aren’t that bad anyway). Copays and late fee’s are what drive the health insurance market, not premiums.
@pluto4847 actually this pent up fear of hemophiliacs unable to get health insurance is non existent. the reality is when someone with a pre existing condition (let’s say hemophilia) applies for medical insurance, the provider doesn’t even look at the fact that this individual has a blood disorder that could kill them with a paper cut.
Why do they do this? Because treating diseases like hemophilia is usually very cheap (simple blood clotting medicines will cure this.) (cont)

Ok lets be fair. Any of us can get a job. That’s not the issue here. Sometimes the job offers health coverage, wheras others do not. We can all work, but that alone does not solve the problem.
The Insurance companies have denied people born with a pre-existing conditions so what happens to them? They either pay higher premiums and do without, and therefore die.
So what do you suggest we do to make this fairer for all? I’m willing to have an open mind.

That’s not the full answer. There are several of jobs out there, but the INS premiums are quite often half the wages we earn from our jobs. Not every job offers healthcare. With the economy the way it is, we are lucky to have any job. Having a job doesn’t mean we can afford coverage. If you lose your job, you won;t be able to pay off your Insurance anyway! So what’s the real solution?
